Cayman Renewal Fees, Annual Return Declaration and Economic Substance Notification Submission
Due to observance of Good Friday and Easter Monday, the Registrar’s office will be closed from 29th March 2024 and only resume business on 2nd April 2024. Therefore, kindly arrange for your company(ies)’ renewal payment together with the completed Economic Substance Notification Form and the Annual Return Declaration for submission to us latest by 22nd March 2024 to avoid incurring late filing penalties imposed by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) on 01 April 2024.
CIMA-regulated companies that have yet to pay their CIMA annual licence fee are also urged to make payment immediately to avoid late payment penalties amounting to one-twelfth of the outstanding annual licence fee, which continues to be incurred on a monthly basis until full payment is made.
Kindly take note that Portcullis will not be responsible for any late filing penalties imposed by the ROC or CIMA due to our non-receipt of the aforementioned documents and payment by 22nd March 2024.

開曼年費、年度申報以及經濟實質申報提交事宜
鑒於耶穌受難日與復活節等假日即將到來，開曼註冊處將於2024年3月29日起停止辦公，並於2024年4月2日恢復辦公。敬請 貴公司盡早安排年費款項，並於2024年3月22日前向保得利遞交填妥之經濟實質申報表及年度申報表，以免受公司註冊處欲自2024年4月1日起實施之逾期申報罰鍰。
尚未繳交開曼群島金融管理局年度執照費之公司，請務必盡速繳納，以避免遭受逾期相關罰鍰。 前述罰鍰金額為未繳納年度執照費之十二分之一，並將逐月計算直至全額繳清。
敬請注意，若上述文件及款項未能於2024年3月22日前交付予保得利，任何自公司註冊處或金融管理局因逾期遞交相關文件及款項而徵收之逾期罰鍰，本公司一概不予承擔。
