While many have completed their obligations, this is a friendly reminder to the remaining entities that have not yet fulfilled their statutory filing requirements:
Action Required: Please submit outstanding documents/information immediately to avoid penalty for non-compliance.
Purpose: To bring your company back into “Good Standing.”
Consequence of Delay: The BVI Authorities impose strict penalties and may strike off companies that fail to comply within the prescribed timelines.
