She specializes in cross-border tax optimized structures. Her expertise includes guiding clients in structural and tax planning for investments, succession planning, estate planning, philanthropy, residency strategies and global relocation.
At Portcullis, LanPeng helps clients explore the structural and tax optimization opportunities available to them and their families. While she does not provide tax or legal advice, she works closely with clients and their tax and legal advisers to design tax efficient structures for asset holding and wealth transfer; and ensuring proper implementation.
LanPeng holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
